On a public whale shark tour you'll be grouped with other tourists from around the world to a maximum of 10 per boat.Price does NOT include $12 Mandatory Mexican government bracelet fee per person to enter whale shark protected areas. Please note: You are advised to keep a 3′ distance between you & the Whale Shark. Their Tails are very powerful & you could get "Slapped" if you're too close. OBVIOUSLY there is NO TOUCHING, GRABBING, RIDING, the Whale Sharks. Failure to Follow the Captain's Orders will result in IMMEDIATE Removal from the water after the First & "only" WARNING !!!!!
