WHEN YOU LAND: Terminal 3
Take your left, walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, pass two more sets of sliding doors,walk until you reach the exit on the left-hand side. Suggestion! Do NOT go through the last “family and friends” exit, as it will take you straight to the pirates! if you do, we cannot get you back watch for scam don't listen to anyone if is not our staff.
REMEMBER:
The Tour Operator-Hotel Shuttle door on the left-hand side is the correct one! Go through it, walk straight ahead to meet our Speedy Shuttle Cancun staff wearing the official uniform and holding our signs.
WHEN YOU LAND: Terminal 4
walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last sets of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE. There you are! outside of the building, no a/c, as a reference to the right is the Margarita Ville, and to the left the Berry Hill Restaurant, and a crowd holding signs, we are among them! SPOT our Speedy Shuttle Cancun staff wearing the official uniform and holding signs with our logos. Do not pass the pedestrian walk. Do NOT go with anybody else.

walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last sets of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE. There you are! outside of the building, no a/c, yet a crowd holding signs, we are among them. SPOT our Speedy Shuttle Cancun staff wearing the official uniform and holding signs with our logos. Also, as a reference, once outside to the left there is a Meeting point bar & café, do NOT go any farther. Do not go with anybody else, Watch for scam and pirates.
